Why has my HomeOK Service Kit been suspended ?

We are sorry your service has been suspended, this may have been for one of the following reasons :

  • Unpaid Invoice(s)
  • Invalid payment method
  • Email activation does not match account holder 
  • Service kit transferred to another individual 

How to reactivate my service: 

  • Login to your account at www.HomeOK365.com
  • Ensure your payment method is upto date 
  • Contact us to request your service is reactivated and to process payment if required.
  • If you wish to cancel your service please contact us to arrange return of the service kit and to close your account on payment of any pending Invoice(s)
