My HomeOK Service kit is suspended


A: We are sorry that your account is suspended. This can happen for multiple reasons, for example:

1. Unpaid invoices in the account.

2. Cancellation request.

3. Claim of missing or stolen hardware. 

4. Transferred hardware from friend or online seller.
