My Gateway has no power and no LED indicating power


Step 1: Ensure the power cable is inserted into the correct port on the back of the Gateway, this needs to be the port on the right enclosed in a black square. Not to be mistaken for the service port.


Step 2: If power is still not been delivered to the Gateway, try plugging the power cable into a different electrical outlet. If still no power, contact support, where a member of our support team will be able to assist.
