Why the house on my APP does not turn green?

Follow

1. Make sure the gateway is connected to the internet.

(Please go to Home page>click house logo>click Gateway>click Network>check the connection status)

2. Check the LED indications.

  • No Led - Check the power is connected correctly and not to the service port.
  • Flashing Red- Error during software download/For further installation, please contact support.
  • Blinking Green - Software downloading/Installing.
  • Solid Green- Gateway running/House on APP should be green.
