Camera history is empty / The camera is no longer taking images


A: If you are not subscribed and on the basic features plan images will not be stored.

If you are on a paid membership plan please check the following:

  • Power is connected to the camera.
  • Go to -->Sensors-->Camera--> manage check the camera is set to recording.
  • Go to -->Sensors-->Camera--> manage check the camera is not set to ignored.
  • Go to -->Sensors-->Camera--> information --> reboot your camera.

If the issue cannot be resolved please contact live chat or submit a ticket.
